This is a big step up from Beginners and you will learn a whole range of new interesting, useful and fun movements.

Some of these include:
  • Underbar & 360 Underbar
  • Wall run / Wall pass
  • Proper climbup technique
  • Muscle up
  • Dyno
  • Running Arm jump
  • Cat -> precision
  • Plyometric jumps
  • Dive roll
  • Basic Bar swinging / Lache
  • Tic tac
  • Return / 180 Arm jump


There is also a much more in depth strength and conditioning aspect to this course and you will become very strong before you complete it!
