Strength & Conditioning

The Strength & Conditioning class is an intense workout designed to improve your fitness, power and endurance, create Parkour specific muscle memory and strengthen your bones, joints, tendons and ligaments.

These classes are a great complement to any healthy and active lifestyle, particularly one that involves Parkour.

Completion of the First Timers class is mandatory for participation in the Strength & Conditioning class. Practitioners who have completed an Australian Parkour Association First Timers class are exempt from this rule.

NOTE:

To participate you must complete a Waiver / Membership form. This can be downloaded from http://www.JumpSquadHQ.com/WAIVER.pdf or can be completed on arrival.

Please bring a bottle of water with you and wear comfortable clothing.
