
The Strength & Conditioning class is an intense workout designed to improve your fitness, power and endurance, create Parkour specific muscle memory and strengthen your bones, joints, tendons and ligaments.
These classes are a great complement to any healthy and active lifestyle, particularly one that involves Parkour.Completion of the First Timers class is mandatory for participation in the Strength & Conditioning class. Practitioners who have completed an Australian Parkour Association First Timers class are exempt from this rule.
