Classes

Basics

The basics class is suitable for all practitioners who have completed the First Timers class. It develops all of the basic skills learned there as well as delving much deeper into the movements and methodology of Parkour.

Challenges are set to cater to a wide variety of skill and stamina, ensuring those with some Parkour experience work just as hard as those partaking in only their second class ever.

Key areas adressed are:

  • Precision Jumping
  • Landing & Rolling
  • Balance
  • Vaulting
  • Climbing
  • Arm Jumps
  • Wall Passes
  • Circuits
  • Training Methods
  • Further Conditioning

Completion of the First Timers class is mandatory for continuation in the Basics classes. Practitioners who have completed an Australian Parkour Association First Timers class are exempt from this rule.

To participate you must complete a Waiver / Membership form. This can be downloaded from http://www.JumpSquadHQ.com/WAIVER.pdf or can be completed on arrival.

Please bring a bottle of water with you and wear comfortable clothing.
